Cascata Golf Club offers a unique tropical golf experience designed to delight golf enthusiasts.
Founded from what was once rice paddies, the club opened its A & B courses in October 2006 as an 18‑hole layout (7047 yards, par 72) built around the concept of "tropical golf". The owner, Mr. Thanawat Saprunruang, led the project to create a lush golf paradise that celebrates Thailand's natural climate and landscape.
The designer later introduced a "tropical links" concept—rolling fairways and subtle dunes that evoke the character of links golf while integrating water features typical of tropical courses. In 2007 the C course (9 holes, 3707 yards, par 36) was added and quickly gained attention for its distinctive design.
To enhance playability and appearance, the course uses a high‑quality turf known locally as "love grass," which shines brilliantly in sunlight and reflected light from surrounding water. From dawn to dusk the vivid greens and fairways provide an inspiring backdrop for golfers of all levels.
